Error handling in event web hooks is inconsistent #55

Sometimes I'm passing along whatever error comes from an EventBrite GET and other times I'm creating my own 412. It's important b/c EventBrite retries web hook requests until it gets a 200.

Now always returning 200 to eventbrite.
