Brainworm Event Stalls #25

The brainworm crisis stalls. See these steam bug fix thread posts. The branch we're working on this in is brainworm-dev-- this is a major redesign and it is still in progress, but it has already come a long way.

Zednosius has refactored this event but there is still at least one outstanding issue. See his fork for the relevant code.

I have committed a workaround to stable that removes the brainworm event entirely. We should think about whether we want to remove brainworm from beta as well while the brainworm refactor is in progress.

I am flagging this as unreleased as it has been removed from our releases pending fixes.
