"get helmet" makes input stuck

Game stuck and all subsequent commands do not work. Looks like this bug somehow connected with helmet item because picking other items works fine.

I couldn't replicate this specifically but definitely see a crash in the logs. Will look once I get in from work today.

Theres also a corpse creation bug atm; fix for that will go in as well (if you saw it).
