Dependencies undocumented #12

Dependencies of the tufte-latex classes are not documented in the README
file, and the dependency list on the website is incomplete/out-of-date.

In my case, I had to install these packages:

  xifthen
  ifmtargs
  optparams

I am using the gwTeX distribution of TeX.

The documentation on the website is for the released version of the Tufte-LaTeX
package.  I do, however, need to update the documentation in SVN to reflect its
current state.

I tried to catch the changes but did not find much. I basically added bidi and 
deleted the caption dependence. I 
also put the packages in the order they are needed in tufte-common.sty. I 
attached the files and the diff file of 
r92.

I think all the dependencies have been noted in the documentation now.
