Longtables don't have sidenote captions #92

When using the longtable environment, table captions are placed on the top of 
the table, rather than on the side margin.

I am using tufte-latex 3.5.0 and pdfTeX 3.1415926-1.40.10-2.2 (TeX Live 
2009/Debian).

I attached a sample file.
