Where are we going to host this?

Pancake and bacon both have room. We should set up bacon as an app runner. I'd love to be able to just git push to bacon and have something like sandbox.sse.se.rit.edu/[myapphere]. Hmm...

Or you can be pragmatic and push to Heroku/Azure, but we don't have SSE accounts for either service.
