[REQUEST] Move cell shape save/load from gui to logic #13

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the saving/loading of .mcs files are handled by the gui subdir and cannot be used without the gui.

Describe the solution you'd like The .mcs saving and loading should be moved to the logic subdir.
