CpGs in CalcAllPCClocks.RData #11

Hi

I could not find the actual CpGs vectors, do we need to make a list from my own datMeth data, and there is a command called " load(file = paste(path_to_PCClocks_directory,"CalcAllPCClocks.RData", sep = ""))" in the calcPCClocks function, I do not knwo how to find the CalcAllPCClocks.RData or do I need to create one on my own?

  1. Navigate to [https://yale.box.com/s/kq0b0a7lxckxjvaz7x5n4keaug7tewry] and download the files "Example_PCClock_Data.RData" (Lehne et al. 2015, Technical Replicate Data) "CalcAllPCClocks.RData"
