Revert "Added ngOnEnter directive #102

This is my fault for not reviewing this enough. This change is entirely inappropriate for all but one of the dialogs, and that one I even have issues with.

Without reverting this, it becomes impossible to enter powers on these forms, because they submit while you're editing them; enter is a valid input on all of those forms.
