help list from radegast is shorter than from prolog #34

1. log on and show radegast and prolog.
2. type /help  into radegast

3. into prolog top level type

botClientCmd(help).

OBSERVED: command 'waitpos' is documented in prolog generated output but not in 
Radegast

EXPECTED: waitpos would also be in radegast

Other notes -
Looks like it's one of many missing commands

Is the behavior of botClientCmd(help) ideal?  Are there consumers who
want the string back?
