wear broken #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. logon from radegast
2. type i and get an inventory list
on testbot Ogborn this shows   /Clothing/otopopo outfit   is a valid folder
3. type
/wear "/Clothing/otopopo outfit"

EXPECTED:  it'd change clothes
OBSERVED:   can't find the folder, gives failure message

[14:22] wearing folder: bake "/Clothing/otopopo outfit"  (baked)
[14:22] ERROR: Wear: Failure: did not find bake "/Clothing/otopopo outfit"

[14:22] wearing folder: bake "/Clothing/otopopo outfit"  (baked)
[14:22] ERROR: Wear: Failure: did not find bake "/Clothing/otopopo outfit"

NOTE: tried various variations of this. wear just seems totally broken
