HUDS not attaching to HUD position #71

1. run hillpeople  logon_bots.
2. wait for bots to load
3. query ebt.
4. wait for bots to load AV's and clothing
5. observe that Yuppie is carrying her AO in hand

some possibilities:
1. reset attach pt - last thing I did before loading giver was rez on ground. 
Could be it's just reset attach point, opensim seems fragile with that.

2. opensim bug - opensim isn't keeping HUD attach points
