User feedback form #7

There need to be a form where Users can report bugs, suggest new features, etc.

The user will be able to give feedback with a feedback button. The user will get a modal and can fill in a small form. Depending if the user is logged in there will be a different form.

The bugs and features request will be send to Github or jira.
