Bug in the 'line_info' popup window corrected.
New actions in the 'line_info' and 'nearby lines' popup windows: Double-click on a wavelength to draw a tick at that position and recenter the spectrum if necessary. A Help was added. A reset button was added in the 'line_info' window.
