building bridge problem #2

while building bridges torchplacement interacts with the bridge building and causes a problem

TODO: 1) inspect if this is a serious problem when it comes to very high bridges, if so relable this issue as "heavy bug" 2) resolve the problem

How is progress? Opened a bit more than 3 years ago now.
