Each pickup should have set exp that add ups to a total number of exp that lands the player at level 100. It's all a ruse, but we should display it to feel real. I figure we want level 100 to have some large amount of exp. If we really want to live that 144 life we could even do something like 1,444,444,444 or 1,144,144,144.
