3 Clear Business Models #9

  1. Selling bulk T-Shirts to churches etc. Minimum print run, 50 shirts IMO.

  2. Donor funded T-Shirts. We can sell TShirts for 200TWD, if we can get 200TWD donation per shirt on Patreon. I have a few avenues I can try for funding.

  3. Buy some give one. For every 4 shirts we sell, we can give away one... I'd like to be able to give shirts and/or meals to homeless people, if possible. i.e. give away vegetarian falafel wrap for every T-Shirt sold.

I'm not 100% sure if these business models will work, so we can keep testing.

I'll try to see about #1. Maybe my pastor can help...

I'll leave 2 and 3 to you. I don't know much about charity crowdfunding, never had much success doing it.

The mantra going forward is Design, Website, Patreon...
