Yes, you can.

Basically, yeast feed on sugar and yeast's poop is alcohol. The yeast for making alcohol are super pooper, while the yeast for bread is more “bread oriented”.

I have done mead with honey water and yeast for the bread, the results were totally Ok.

You could use barley, you have to make your barley sprout, then roast it slightly, then cook it in water, add hop and different things, add yeast, let ferment, and you have beer !!! ( this is the 5 years olds explanation)

You could add yeast to grape juice, let ferment, and you have wine !

Honey, water, yeast and you get mead.

Potatoes, special process to convert the starch into sugar, yeast, fermentation, distillation, and you have vodka!

So, what kind of alcohol do you want to do ?

Bread is ok, but cooked/baked and your body will respond in other ways where raw is the way to go. Monosodium Glutamate is good, too, but TPTB stuck EDTA (ethylenediminatetraacetic acid) in it to harm us and this is the same element used in soap and car battery cleaner as it is a derivative of sodium hydroxide more commonly known as lye.

Yes, this will reverse your gray hair but TPTB will do whatever it takes to harm us so look for the ingredient of what you eat, stay away from EDTA, and consider fermenting a drink called rejuvelac courtesy of Dr. Ann Wigmore. She died in her late eighties without a single gray hair.

Minerals, especially copper. When I started supplementing, my white hairs turned back to brunette.

your soul can get bigger and overtake your whole body if you feed it right and give it what it needs, i think this is why Jesus chose bread and wine beecause of yeast/ fermentation... i think the soul literally ferments/grows/expands within your body

i've noticed fatter people somehow tend to be more happier/ jollier because i think their souls are bigger and expanded to all parts within their bodies

i've noticed skinnier people tend to be more prone to mental illness/ schizophrenic tendencies because their soul isn't expanded fully to reach thir brain/mind to be situated properly fully within their body

i've also noticed babies that have more baby fat tend to be happier since their souls are expanded into the most far reaching extremities of their bodies, and the baby's blood is most pure to allow perfect fermentation to take place... as the baby gets bigger and eats bad foods and uses too much chemicals in bathing the soul fermentatin process gets stunted and either its good yeast will overtake it or it won't and the child will grow up a demented version of themselves... maybe vaccines also kill off the baby's soul fermentation process?

if your soul is small because its fermentation process got dementd then another type of yeast will ferment within your body- a bad and negative one most likely this is why people get cancer since their soul fermentation process stops/ gets stunted, this is most likely why wifi/5g is going everywhere to stop your natural soul fermentation process to get the cancer fermentation process started

i've also noticed corona/ mask wearing stops the body's fermentation process because the body gets too much co2

However, we also know that yeast requires oxygen to properly synthesise sterols and unsaturated fatty acids in order to grow...

However, there is one time when oxygen exposure on the macro level is actually quite beneficial to any wines’ development, and that is during the fermentation itself. When correctly applied, oxygen interacts with both the yeast and the wine/must in such a way that yeast health is improved, fermentations encounter less problems, and the resultant wine quality is often more approachable with fresher aromas and tastes than it had been previously.

let's discuss and regrow our souls...
