Ticker looks alright on Laptop, but doesn't work on mobile.

Ticker scrolls alright on desktop and laptop... but doesn't scroll on some mobile devices.

Today, it would not render on a friend's phone. Don't know what model it was, unfortunately... I think it was a new iPhone.

May have something to do with JQuery or another library not loading properly...

Can the developer tell us what he did?

Did he fix the scrolling ticker on mobile. Did he check it?

Then regarding payment jake,I checked most of the freelancer website for that particular issue in js.Average cost is above 50 usd jake.so what’s my idea is I will make an agreement with developer for next three project he will work for us for free,but we need to pay him 45 usd.so this is the type of investment,for next three project we won’t worry.we will focus on marketing and business model.Is it good idea?

There's no JS issues I need solving now. 

There are many JS developers available for 5 to 10USD.... so 50 is a waste of money for a small task.

I checked jake, and starting from 10 USD but the final pay it crossing 50 USD .50 is costly but I make an agreement with that developer, so for next five projects.we won't pay. Anyhow Is it beneficial for us right?

If the mistake is half from your side, because emails were confused, can you pay half?

• It wasn't clear if we were talking about Javascript or marketing.
