This is a priority thread for brainstorming a business model.

I want to pay 50USD to a marketer, and receive more than 50USD back.

Can we fix that?

Regarding business model,I have an idea jake.

I think our most solid idea was "crowdfund per feature"

Examples:

So, everybody pays, but we give the design open source to everyone.

There are many other business models, interested to hear your idea.

yeah sounds good. but As you told we need to be a kingmaker right, so we need to choose three emerging startups and we need to speak to them. you know Chinese, so we can communicate with them. if we have contact with three start-ups and we can be intermediate between customer and start-up. As we mentioned business triangle, we need to attract customers to invest in those startups vis our GitHub page.

  1. we need to have contact with at least three Taiwanese start-ups and using our business model, we need to get a partnership with them. we need to impress those startups by using our idea and implementing it in the Indian market. we need to give assurance that we will make fundraiser for your startup from Indian customer
  2. using hired customer support, we can attract customers to invest in those startups
  3. After the large customer flow on our page, we will get additional income from online advertisements.

Ah yes, the Kingmaker design.

Lets just choose one startup at first.

I will make a basic design....

We can start immediately with India, if you want. The business culture is more energetic.

We will start to find richest guys who will fund for us and publish our idea in crowdfunding platforms,I will take care of marketing in india but we need find funding here.

I am at the computer right now. We can brainstorm and clarify business models if you want. 

PHASE ONE

Fund raise on flyingv.cc. 30,000 as our first fundraiser, to pay development costs, and develop better features. 

PHASE TWO 

Raise money in two separate funds.

1) KALKI DEVELOPMENT FUND. Small money to help us develop Kalki, for Kalki developers and marketers. 

2) KALKI STARTUP FUND. Larger money. We will not touch any of this, but give it all to startups, like the example you showed me.

Do you have any comments? Let's write the model now.

Need to hire someone like this, from 10USD to 200USD. Price for all budgets.

If we spend 10USD and make 20USD... it's a success. lol.

My company did this. I don't know the details, but we made a lot of money.

Same time we need to publish our model in crowdfunding platforms in taiwan and then will contact mike to discuss about that because In business we need to contact some nearby contacts also, he will help to fund else will give some rice people contact! Is my idea okay?

I got one student marketing group in India,They have a good experience. they are using software https://app.gallabox.com/ it interacts with the customers and we can assist with customer.30 USD only they expecting but if we need to interact with random customers will need a license and permission,software charges. overall its coming 1500ntd jake,Is it ok? After your confirmation of hiring!I will proceed.coming friday just will pay 950 ntd and remaining will pay after 14 days.Anyway we will get huge fund soonly.so we can manage. cheers
