Add installation instructions for Windows #156

Hey there!

The project interested me so I wanted to try helping out. The installation was sadly not as straightforward for my Windows environment though, so I had to figure a few things out first. I added my steps to get it working in case it'll help anybody in the future.

Just merged it. The instructions look comprehensive and well written, Im sure they'll help a lot of people in future.
