Installation/component copying #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. svn up 
2. get a new Relation.php or GConroller.php

What is the expected output? 
I would expect, that the changes are now available in my app

What do you see instead?
The old (copied) versions stay where they are.
This is very hard to detect.

If you would keep the current way of installation, I would suggest to split 
this into a separate part, like "GtcComponents" with a simplye "Copy Comopnents 
Now" button.
