Changes

Removed old code.
Installed package React Router Dom for create routes.
Installed React-toastify for custom toasts and to avoid using alerts.
Configured TailwindCSS.
Created Header component.
Created Footer component.
Created Create Employee form.

No problem!

Sorry for the PR size, but was necessary some configurations before starting to code anything.

The custom hours fields are not working yet, I didn't understand the payload requested by the back-end because is in Croatian I guess, you should use English for coding.
