Context

It should be possible to specify a daily event without a specific time-intervall.

Daily event column is only visible, when a daily event exists. I'm currently searching for a solution to always make it visible. Maybe there is some kind of pre-render hook? https://github.com/mattlewis92/angular-calendar/issues/1728
