[FEATURE]: Add builder categories and filter functionality to mor.Builder page

Summary

Goal: As a user, I would like to:
- find Morpheus Builders that meet certain criteria
- have an understanding of what Builder categories exist
User Problem: Currently, all Builders are part of a single Builder group and the user lacks a mental model for what Builders are building.
Solution: Each Builder could have 1 or more labels out of the following list
- Agents (ex Theoriq)
- Models (ex Bittensor)
- Compute (ex Akash)
- Frontends (ex Nounspace, Venice)
- Dev Tooling (ex Theoriq, Akash)

Great suggestion. I'll take a look at the template if the current code supports these filters.

The current code does not support these features, but are a simple addition. This was also in the initial design Figma but for the sake of expediting the deployment were left out. Here's the original:

Since the db is just a notion table, we can add these filtering features pretty quickly
