metamask has already been installed, but the page still prompts for installation

and console.log: index-85e8c987.js:31 RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded

hey @tylerteea the issue usually occurs when you have multiple injected wallet installed on your system. I was able to reproduce the same error when having multiple wallet extensions installed and enabled. Unfortunately using multiple injected wallets doesn't work very well because they fight overwindow.ethereum
