Add linux instructions #41

@jackatwire hi, thank you for this contribution!

There's already a contributor who was planning to work on this as part of a larger build. However I'd be happy to advocate for 4,500 weights for this.

I'll reach back out around the end of the month with instructions on submitting a separate PR for weights.
