Enable multiple chats with conversation history in side panel [New Feature]

Allow multiple chats to be created. All of these chats can be stored in the state set in the ChatManager.
Update the UI to show all past conversations in an expandable left side panel (similar to ChatGPT).
Write / Pencil icon to open up a new chat.
