Improve morpho object model

This PR makes a number of improvements to builtin classes (those implemented in C):

All such classes now inherit from Object, and hence provide a number of important methods [e.g.: "respondsto"]
Tests for all such classes now added.
Several object types that lacked a veneer class, Function, Invocation and Closure, now have veneer classes.
