Adds a general mechanism for locating resources, including help files, modules, etc. Compiler and help system now use this new setup. Makefiles updated to make installing morpho and support folders in nonstandard locations.

Looks great! Need documentation on how to set a different resource directory (putting MORPHORESOURCESDIR=/opt/morpho or something before the install command), but otherwise good to go!
