Description

I am a PhD candidate at UCL Eastman Dental Institute working on Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) images on angiogenesis of soft tissue material samples. I have a chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay, and I have scanned 99 samples with OCT; I would like to use SclicerMorph to segment and extract the models.
