GitHub runner ran out of space #33

For comparison, here is the output of ncdu --exclude "/software/*" executed on both the current GitHub runner and newly instantiated one (both created as m3.tiny)

While fixing the GitHub action git-publish-subdir-action is helping, the spaces being used in the runner is "legitimate", we will look into creating a new m3.tiny with a root disk size set to 30GB
