This PR bring back multi-auth so that user without proper UQAM creds can login and test the app. This also allow the

Note that the UI is minimal if there is multiple auth methods, and that multiple user account and user collision is not managed. Thus the multiple-auth is mainly aimed at the -devel version and should not run in prod.
