Update Welcome.java to look like the NinjaMock layout #18

The goal of this new Welcome.java page is that it just needs to look somewhat like the NinjaMock page.
Please note: This is for the Pre-Alpha meaning it does not need to look perfect, nothing needs to work yet, and please do not add any special styling.
