Cleaned up GUI and added EventHandler #21

Main Changes:

Changed buttons from local variables to class variables.
Added each set of components to a VBox
Added "chooseFileButton" to allow user to select file rather than typing in the textfield
Added EventHandler to handler button clicks

Minor Changes:

Changed passwordTextField from a TextField to a PasswordField.
Added signup and submit buttons to a HBox to improve looks
Added weight and boldness to the title
Added Comments
Indented certain lines for readablility
