Saved correlation matrices are of unknown correlation method #1

Saved correlation matrices do not contain information about the correlation method and this is not checked when loading. This may result in incorrect results if cnmfsns prepare-datasets is run multiple times and the correlation method is changed.

Correlation matrices are now saved using the method as the filename. Issue fixed in 0.2.4.
