I have tried using different rom files, I have tried using the rom files from different directories, and I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling them. Nothing is working and I don't know what I can do to get it to work. No matter what I do I always get this message:

Could any other program on my computer be causing the issue or have I done something wrong?
