Framerate goes over 600, even when capped at 30 with the setting. #50

I mean, the title really says everything. Despite the clip not showing it, I promise it was at the 30fps cap. atleast i can say it runs good

so i may have just now read the FAQ and found out that switching to openGL completely fixes this.
