Launching game with launcher in fullscreen bug #74

If the sm64plus launcher is fullscreen and I launch the game it doesn't switch to the game render window properly. It freezes the launcher window and the game is running in the background but can't be focused. The game always successfully launches if the launcher is in window mode. Launcher and game are version 2.1.1

I think this is fixed in the latest version.
