[Request] Nearest Neighbor as a graphic option #9

It is hidden in the secret options menu (hitting backspace when prompted to press a key), for some people like me it's a really good feature that should be on the default options menu, and doesn't belong on a hidden setting,

A few others have suggested this too so it should be moved now in the dev branch.
