Added Ignore node modules of ahmyth server #208

Download files of node modules is not required. Can be installed manually

These node modules are required for the application to be used!

These need to stay!

Fomantic-UI (a dependency for AhMyth) requires some strenuous setup everytime this folder is removed! There is no need to remove this folder, the only node module folder that should be removed, is the one in the AhMyth-Server folder which stores electron, and this should only be done if you've installed electron globally
