A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.


I was wondering if you could adapt the code from https://github.com/ymka-shelter/HackStreamer/blob/master/HackStreamer/HackStreamer.cs, to make it work with Android. This option works well from a windows computer to a windows computer, but I'm not sure about what could be used to stream from Android. A possible apk to look at for streaming capability would be https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xsplit.webcam

ffmpeg works as a great listener, as highlighted by the HackStreamer app
