[Feature Request] Buff Debuff frame settings #201

Feature suggestion 1: add a toggle to automatically place buffs and debuffs instead of having to manually adjust (when player frame in target style) e.g. (player buffs and debuffs to be similar placed to target's) 2024-02-01_03-12

Feature suggestion 2: Buff on Top option to be enhanced to (only buff on top and debuff on bottom or only debuff on top and buff on bottom or both debuff and buff on top or both debuff and buff on bottom) [same configuration also for player frame if feature 1 is implemented]
