Merge update, up to 0.5.4 #373

The changes are to numerous to list, but the most noteworthy:

  1. Improvements Undo / Redo.
  2. Equip, Enter, Drive commands.
  3. Improvements to the savegame system, allowing for saving without the use save-steps.
  4. Tracking of health and ammo of entities and items.

Updated WxFormBuilder to 4.x.x

This change is non-reversible according to them. As far as i can see it mostly changed boolean values from 0|1 -> false|true. The developer guide on the readme can be used to guide through updating formbuilder.
