Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]
Having a dual extruder and 1 Palette feels like a wasted opportunity, if I could purchase a second Palette and get up to 8 colours/materials, there’d be a lot of opportunities not only to create stunning works of art, but also in some cases reduce filament waste.
Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
I figure that if you have both palettes plugged into a hub and start up your slicer, you can have up to 8 slots for colours.
Also, as mentioned earlier, you can save on wasted filament if you chose to do less than 8 (like only 3 or 4) but still split the work between the 2 units. (No need to waste filament when you switch between nozzles if that colour is already loaded up).
Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
None that involve giving us the ability to have so many colours and the ability to save on wasted filament while at the same time increasing your unit sales!
Closest thing would be to ask for a manual way to switch out colours mid print. That’d give us the colours. But would also require more work on our part during the process, no way to save on wasted filament, and less opportunities for you to sell more units. And still it’s a new feature to implement.. so still not really.
