3 years ago I've also tried creating additional projects. Now getting "this account is already slicing a project". And if I go back to the original it says "this project is already being sliced".
I'm at a stalemate here folks.
I also went into the settings and logged out all devices and manually logged back into Canvas3d.io and still, same thing.
Describe the bug I've sliced a similar object a number of tums. Last night I attempted to slice the 3rd or 4th iteration and now I cannot slice the file anymore. I went to another file which sliced fine the day before, and it will not slice either.
So I switched computers switched browsers used incognito mode cleared my cookies I still can't slice anything using Canvas3d.io
To Reproduce Grab any 2 models to make a multi-mat print attempt to slice. Wait for 24 hours for the file to still not have sliced.
Expected behavior A sliced file with an option to download.
