Internal Server Error (134) when attempting to link Polar Cloud #244

Describe the bug Linking to Polar Cloud through the Integrations section of my account fails with the only information given being "Internal Server Error (134)".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Account Settings'
  2. Click on 'Integrations'
  3. Under Polar Cloud, click on 'link'
  4. You will be taken to the Polar Cloud oauth page
  5. Click on 'Agree & Authorize App'
  6. You will be taken back to the Canvas My Account page
  7. Error popup 'Internal Server Error (134)' will show in red in the bottom right for a few seconds, and nothing else will happen.

Expected behavior I don't know what should have happened, but I expected it to say my account was now linked and to be able to see my printers or at least send things to Polar Cloud.
