I've the same issue! I also tried to remove from canvas3d.io - and factory reset. But after join the Palette 3 Pro again to canvas3d.io I am not able to see the Files on the Palette 3 Pro eighter.
Palette 3 Pro is on latest Firmware release.
@brandonbloch please fix this issue :-(
