We often use the entire build volume and print with high volume flow rates.
Use Case:
We print exclusively using single extrusion to avoid travel moves and retraction. We also often use the entire build volume.
We would like to take advantage of multi color printing and the stamping and painting features in Canvas to design abstract patterns and gradients.
Design will include Marble, Smooth Color transitions and Gradients and abstract terrazzo.
We do NOT need highly calibrated sharp color changes.
Having the ability to turn off the purge tower would allow us to use our Palette S2 Pro that we have been unable to use since purchasing it.
The main issue with the transition tower is that when printing with high flow rates, it’s difficult to tune retraction to reduce stringing and blobbing.
A secondary issue is filament wastage. Our prints are often between 1.5-5kg and transition towers towers will add significant wastage and increased print times
Adding a simple check box to turn off the purging/transition tower would be so epic.
Adding the ability to turn off the purging/ transition Tower would be super helpful.
