Delete Windows TW-*.TMP Folders #854

Hi, could someone add a rule that deletes the useless empty "TW-*.TMP" folders that Windows 10/11 generates?

Location is: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local

Sorry, I should have greped the current winapp2.ini. It's already there! CLOSED.
